I am honored to show you my submission for the
Retro Pillow Challenge:
What do you think?
I found my inspiration while browsing a Disney site and stumbled across this Mickey Bag. Isn't it cute?

The Black fabric has some really cool details on it that reminded me of a retro pattern.
I quilted stripes across the black fabric (about ever 2 inches side to side)

I added two layers of Mickey applique in coordinating fabric and quilted each of them on top of the black fabric
It's sooo soft and cuddly!

My kids are going to LOVE it :)

Love your Mickey idea! Repetition of iconic designs were very popular in the Pop Art era. Very retro!
Great work!

oh man! those mickey and disney ideas were awesome. I'm a new follower and excited to take a look around at your other posts. have a great day!

The Mickey Mouse Club and the Mouseketeers were very big in the 50s. The repetitive Mickeys make your pillow very retro. It looks fabulous! I've been following for a while, so don't know how I didn't see this post earlier.... fellow Retro Pillow Challenger

It turned out so cute! I have some huge Mickey Mouse fans at my house that would love this! Thanks so much for linking with us at Show & Share!
