Alcohol Cooking Substitutions

If you are "Mo" (aka Mormon) like me, the idea of cooking with Alcohol isn't that favorable. I completely understand that the alcohol cooks out during the cooking process. And, I'm okay with that.

But, what's a girl to do when she doesn't OWN any alcohol to cook with! That is the problem my dear friends!

I found THIS website today that lists Alcohol Cooking Substitutions.

I used this website tonight as my recipe called for Brandy.  A quick substitution of Apple Juice did the trick.
